Grow More Training in Rapid City

The National Wildlife Federation will be hosting a Grow More training in Rapid City on April 9^th and 10^th.

Outreach programs for farmers often target early adopters who embrace new practices. However, most farmers belong to the ‘middle adopter’ category and are cautious about change. The Grow More training equips outreach professionals with tools to engage middle adopters effectively. By understanding middle adopters’ motivations, outreach professionals can enhance their communication approaches, ultimately benefiting both farmers and the environment.
